Ingredients of Nimbu Adrak ka Achaar
1 kg nimbu (sour limes)- washed and wiped dry, and cut into 4 pieces each
1 1/4 cup salt
1 cup sliced ginger
1 Tbsp. chilli powder or to taste
1 tsp heeng
How to Make Nimbu Adrak ka Achaar
1.Mix all the ingredients together.
2.Rub the ingredients well into the cut limes.
3.Transfer into the jar and keep under the sun for about a month.
