Ingredients of Oats And Vegetable Pancake

  • 440 gms oats powder
  • 220 gms sooji
  • 60 gms rice flour
  • 150 gms cabbage, shredded
  • 60 gms onion
  • 60 gms capsicum
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 5 Curry leaves
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 60 gms coriander leaves
  • to taste salt
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • Ol (as required)

How to Make Oats And Vegetable Pancake

Take a bowl, add oats powder, sooji, rice flour, salt and veggies like shredded cabbage, onion, bell peppers, green chillies and curry leaves. Then add chopped coriander and buttermilk.

You can add water as well instead of buttermilk, but adding buttermilk will give it more flavour and a better taste.

Mix it all together to make batter; it should be pancake/dosa batter consistency. Make it into mini pancake.

Cook both sides on medium flame. Serve them warm with some coconut chutney or any other green chutney.
