Ingredients of Oats And Vegetable Pancake

  • 440 gms oats powder
  • 220 gms sooji
  • 60 gms rice flour
  • 150 gms cabbage, shredded
  • 60 gms onion
  • 60 gms capsicum
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 5 Curry leaves
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 60 gms coriander leaves
  • to taste salt
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • Ol (as required)

How to Make Oats And Vegetable Pancake

  • 1.Take a bowl, add oats powder, sooji, rice flour, salt and veggies like shredded cabbage, onion, bell peppers, green chillies and curry leaves. Then add chopped coriander and buttermilk.
  • 2.You can add water as well instead of buttermilk, but adding buttermilk will give it more flavour and a better taste.
  • 3.Mix it all together to make batter; it should be pancake/dosa batter consistency. Make it into mini pancake.
  • 4.Cook both sides on medium flame. Serve them warm with some coconut chutney or any other green chutney.
