Ingredients of Pakhala Bhata
- 2 Cups cooked rice
- 1 Cup cold water
- 1 Cup curd
- To taste salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- Few drops of lemon juice
- 4-5 Curry leaves
- A dash of roasted cumin powder
How to Make Pakhala Bhata
- 1.Mix everything together in a bowl. Rice should be completely immersed in curd-water mixture. Leave it overnight.
- 2.Next day, garnish with coriander leaves, mustard seeds etc. or consume as it is.
