Nothing could be easier than this super fast cottage cheese and corn dish.

Ingredients of Paneer and Corn

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 kg paneer - crumbled
  • 350 gm canned golden corn
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Paneer and Corn

  • 1.Semi-heat the olive oil in a wok or kadhai and add cumin seeds.
  • 2.When they begin to splutter, add the crumbled paneer and stir for 30 seconds.
  • 3.Mix in the corn and salt.
  • 4.Stir and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  • 5.Switch off the fire before the paneer releases water. Serve hot.
