Paneer besan chilla or gram flour combined with grated paneer and made into excellent savory pancakes. It can be had on evenings with spicy chutneys or pickle. It is a very popular and traditional Indian breakfast and evening snack that is easy to prepare. It is a unique light recipe that is a great breakfast alternative for heavy paranthas.

Ingredients of Paneer Besan Chilla

  • 1 Cup Besan
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Paneer, grated
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Cup Water

How to Make Paneer Besan Chilla

  • 1.Take besan in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, onion, grated paneer, tomato, green chillies, ajwain and coriander leaves.Paneer Besan Chilla
  • 2.Whisk all the ingredients together in the bowl along with water to make a mixture.Paneer Besan Chilla
