Can't go to the beach to enjoy this drink? Make it at home. The classic pina colada recipe with rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice. Shaken with ice and served with a pineapple wedge & cherry on top.

Ingredients of Pina Colada
- 45 ml white rum
- 10 ml Monin coconut syrup
- 100 ml pineapple juice
- 30 ml cream/coconut cream
- Scoop of vanilla ice cream
- Garnish: Half a slice of pineapple.
How to Make Pina Colada

Rim the glass with desiccated coconut.

Blend all the ingredients with a scoop of crushed ice using a jug and hand blender.

Pour into a rimmed glass.

Garnish: Use mango juice instead of pineapple to make a mango colada. Garnish with fresh mango or fresh mint.
