Ingredients of Pista Malai Mewa Ki Creamy Crushed Kulfi

  • 2 Cups chilled fresh curd
  • 2 cups double cream
  • 10 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp nuts for garnishing, chopped
  • 3 tbsp pistachio paste
  • 2 gms saffron (optional)
  • 3 tbsp almond paste (optional)
  • 3 tbsp gulkand (optional)

How to Make Pista Malai Mewa Ki Creamy Crushed Kulfi

  • 1.Blend all the above ingredients in a blender with ice cubes till it forms a crushed ice consistency.
  • 2.Serve chilled.
