Ingredients of Podi Masala

  • 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
  • 10 Kashmiri red chillies
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 6-8 Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Urad and chana dal
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Podi Masala

In a pan add sesame seeds and roast them. Take them out in a bowl.

Now add oil in the pan and throw in dry red chillies.

Also add curry leaves, chana dal and urad dal. Roast them well.
4.
Now transfer this all to a blender and make a powder. Add salt.
5.
Your podi masala is ready!
