  • 2 Nos Spring roll sheet
  • 50 Gram Garlic
  • 20 Gram Curry powder
  • 50 Gram Carrot
  • 50 Gram Onion
  • 25 Gram Bell peppers
  • 20 Gram Spring onion
  • 20 Gram Shitake mushroom
  • 50 Gram Cabbage
  • 20 Gram Glass noodle
  • 20 Ml Soy sauce
  • 10 Gram Aromat seasoning
  • To fry Oil
  • 10 Gram Lemongrass

How to Make Poh Pia Je

  • 1.Cut vegetables into thin slices.
  • 2.Take spring roll sheet and cut into four pieces.
  • 3.Stir fry all the vegetables with chopped garlic and lemon grass in a wok for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4.Add seasoning and keep aside.
  • 5.Now take evenly cut spring roll sheet and spread the vegetables.
  • 6.Roll it to a cylindrical shape and deep fry.
  • 7.Serve with sweet chilly sauce.
