Boneless pieces of marinated fish pan fried and served with a mushroom and garlic sauce. Its simple and quick.

Ingredients of Poisson Ala Bel Meneure

  • Thinly sliced boneless fish
  • Marination:
  • Salt, to taste
  • White pepper powder, to taste
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • For Main Preparation:
  • Refined flour
  • 1 tsp refined oil
  • 2 tsp butter
  • Sauce:
  • Butter to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp croutons
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to Make Poisson Ala Bel Meneure

  • 1.Marinate the fish with salt, white pepper powder and lemon juice. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  • For preparing the fish:
  • 1.Take the marinated fish and coat both sides of the fish with refined flour. Then heat oil in pan, add butter and fish.
  • 2.Cook for 5 minutes till the fish is done on both sides.
  • 3.The fish is ready.
  • For the sauce:
  • 1.Heat butter in pan. Add garlic, croutons, sliced mushrooms, lime juice, white pepper powder and salt.
  • 2.Mix it well. The sauce is ready. Now spread the sauce on the fish and garnish with a pinch of parsley.
  • 3.Poisson ala bel meneure is ready to eat.
