- 1000 gms Potatoes
- 350 gram Hard-Boiled Eggs Chopped
- 250 gram Mayonnaise
- 100 gram Gherkins Chopped
- 20 gram Salt
- 10 gram Pepper
- 20 gram Parsley Chopped
- 20 gram Chive Batons

Dice some potatoes and boil the same, now remove the skin completely.

Chop the boiled eggs, gherkins, parsley, and chive baton.

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl along with mayo and then evenly coat the mixture to the sliced potatoes.
