Ingredients of Brown Rice Salad
1 Cup Red Rice Cooked
1 Cucumber, chopped
1/2 Cups Pear, chopped
1 Onion
1 Capsicum, chopped
2 Tomatoes , chopped
8-10 Mint leaves
2 Tbsp Corn
1/2 Cups Walnuts
1/2 Cups Pomegranate
To taste Black pepper
2 Tbsp Sesame
A pinch of Mustard
2 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Vinegar
How to Make Brown Rice Salad
1.Take a bowl and make a dressing in it with Oil, Vinegar, Sesame and Mustard.
2.Mix it well.
3.In another dish, take the rice and put all the other ingredients over it.
4.Pour the dressing over it and mix well.
5.Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
