Ingredients of Brown Rice Salad

  • 1 Cup Red Rice Cooked
  • 1 Cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 Cups Pear, chopped
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Capsicum, chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes , chopped
  • 8-10 Mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp Corn
  • 1/2 Cups Walnuts
  • 1/2 Cups Pomegranate
  • To taste Black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame
  • A pinch of Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar

How to Make Brown Rice Salad
