Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt as per need. Saute it.
Add boiled potatoes and mix the mixture.
Add boiled peas and coriander leaves and cook the mixture, stirring frequently, until it comes together and the spices are well incorporated. Keep the mixture aside for cooling.
Take Ragi loaf slices and cut the slice into round shape thus removing the edges.
Flatten in the center of the slice and then brush it with water.
Take the potato filling and fill the slice.
Cover the slice with another slice and close the kachori by gently pressing the edges.
Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for frying.
Once the oil is hot, carefully slide in the prepared kachoris one by one.
Fry until they turn golden brown and crisp on both sides.
Enjoy the warmth of the Ragi Loaf Kachori! Oh so yum!
