Ingredients of Royalla Vepudu

  • 500 gms Prawns
  • 1 medium Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 8-10 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Haldi
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt according to taste

How to Make Royalla Vepudu

Wash the prawns thoroughly and pat them dry. Marinate the prawns with some salt, Haldi and red chilli powder and let sit for some time.

In a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions. Stir until soft.

Add all the dry spices like haldi, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt according to taste. Mix well.

Add prawns and mix well. Cover and cook until the gravy has dried out.
5.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and curry leaves. Serve hot with roti or rice.
