Ingredients of Satay Sauce

  • 4 Tbsp Chilli Sauce, sweet
  • 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 250 ml Chicken stock
  • 60 ml Coconut Cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Coriander, chopped

How to Make Satay Sauce

Combine the ingredients in a pan. Bring to a simmer while whisking until thickened. Stir in coriander.
