- 6-7 shrimps
- 2 red chillies, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1 ginger
- Handful of parsley
- 2 spring onions
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon juice
- Extra virgin olive oil
How to Make Shrimps With Parsley and Lemon
- 1.Heat chillies, ginger, garlic and spring onions in olive oil
- 2.Add the shrimps and fry until the shrimps turns white. Season to taste.
- 3.Finally add lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- 4.To serve: Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.
