For those of you who want to enjoy your favourite cocktail, but are trying to watch your sugar intake – here’s a recipe to save the day. There is indeed a way to whip up the classic mojito without sugar. Try this no-sugar version of the cocktail, (almost) guilt-free!

Ingredients of Skinny Mojito

  • 50 ml Bacardi White Rum
  • 1/2 Lime (cut into wedges)
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • Club Soda (to top)

How to Make Skinny Mojito

Add the white rum, lime juice, and mint to a highball glass.

Press mint with a bar spoon to release oil, then add crushed ice, almost to the top, and churn.

Top with a splash of club soda and add more crushed ice.
4.
Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
