Ingredients of Smoked salmon and four cheese Focaccia
- 1 Pizza base (thin, crisp and cooked)
- 40 Ml Four cheese suace
- 40 Gram Rocket leaves
- 30 Gram Smoked salmon
- 10 Gram Pine nuts
- 20 Gram Dry Ricotta cheeses crumble
- To taste Black pepper and salt
- To drizzle Extra virgin olive oil
- For garnishing Micro herbs
How to Make Smoked salmon and four cheese Focaccia
- 1.Cook pizza base to crisp.
- 2.In a bowl mix rocket, ricotta and pine nuts with olive oil and seasoning (salt and black pepper).
- 3.Now top pizza base with rocket mix and top with smoked salmon.
- 4.Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and garnish with micro herbs and serve cold.
