Ingredients of Smoked salmon and four cheese Focaccia

  • 1 Pizza base (thin, crisp and cooked)
  • 40 Ml Four cheese suace
  • 40 Gram Rocket leaves
  • 30 Gram Smoked salmon
  • 10 Gram Pine nuts
  • 20 Gram Dry Ricotta cheeses crumble
  • To taste Black pepper and salt
  • To drizzle Extra virgin olive oil
  • For garnishing Micro herbs

How to Make Smoked salmon and four cheese Focaccia

Cook pizza base to crisp.

In a bowl mix rocket, ricotta and pine nuts with olive oil and seasoning (salt and black pepper).

Now top pizza base with rocket mix and top with smoked salmon.

Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and garnish with micro herbs and serve cold.
