Ingredients of Smoked salmon and four cheese Focaccia

  • 1 Pizza base (thin, crisp and cooked)
  • 40 Ml Four cheese suace
  • 40 Gram Rocket leaves
  • 30 Gram Smoked salmon
  • 10 Gram Pine nuts
  • 20 Gram Dry Ricotta cheeses crumble
  • To taste Black pepper and salt
  • To drizzle Extra virgin olive oil
  • For garnishing Micro herbs

How to Make Smoked salmon and four cheese Focaccia

  • 1.Cook pizza base to crisp.
  • 2.In a bowl mix rocket, ricotta and pine nuts with olive oil and seasoning (salt and black pepper).
  • 3.Now top pizza base with rocket mix and top with smoked salmon.
  • 4.Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and garnish with micro herbs and serve cold.
