Ingredients of Spinach And Goat Cheese Quiche

  • 25 gms spinach
  • 20 gms goat cheese
  • 2 gram olive oil
  • 400 gms Egg
  • 10 gms salt
  • 3 gram spiced powder
  • 1 kg cream
  • For quiche base:
  • 150 gms water
  • 2 gram salt
  • 500 gms flour
  • 200 gms butter
  • 3 gram dry herbs

How to Make Spinach And Goat Cheese Quiche

Prepare quiche base:

1.
Add butter in a mixing bowl and mix it. Add flour, salt, dry herbs and mix at slow speed.
2.
Add cold water and mix until the dough is formed.
3.
Refrigerate the dough for a couple of hours.
4.
Roll out the dough on a light floured surface, cut out the discs according to the size of the mould.

Prepare quiche:

1.
Make quiche sauce by whisking eggs, cream, spiced powder, salt & pepper in a mixing bowl. Slice the spinach.
2.
Take the quiche base. Spread the spinach and sprinkle goat cheese on the top of spinach.
3.
Fill it with quiche sauce. Freeze it for 30 minutes at zero degree. Once fully set bake it at 180℃ for 25 – 30 minutes.
