Ingredients of Strawberry Quinoa

  • 40 gms strawberry
  • 100 gms quinoa
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 25 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 20 gms bulgur
  • 1 fresh orange
  • 2 sprig parsley leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 20 gms bell pepper

How to Make Strawberry Quinoa

Boil quinoa and allow it to cool.

Add chopped bell pepper, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix together.

Now take mould and spread a layer of chopped strawberries, top a layer of quinoa mixture again and spread a layer of chopped strawberries again.
4.
Allow it to set. Remove the mould, garnish with bulgur cracker.
5.
Serve cold.
