Ingredients of Suji Gulab Jamun
- 2 and a half Cup Semolina
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Elaichi Powder
- 2 cups Sugar
- Oil For Deep Frying
- 2 cups Milk

Heat a pan, add sugar along with water and wait for it to dissolve. Keep stirring until a consistent paste.
Now add 1/2 tsp elaichi powder and 1 tbsp milk to prevent sugar from crystalizing.
Sugar syrup is ready. Keep it aside.
Now heat another pan, add ghee and roast semolina on low-medium flame. Wait until it turns aromatic and its colour changes.
Now, add sugar and boiled milk (it should be hot) followed by cardamom powder, keep stirring on low flame until milk is absorbed.
Once done, cool the mixture and transfer it to a bowl.
Now, spread some oil/ghee on your palm and start making balls from the dough.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these balls. Keep frying until the balls turn brown and golden.
Drop the deep fried Gulab jamuns in the prepared sugar syrup.
Wait for 30-40 minutes Serve and enjoy!
