Ingredients of Sulemani Paratha

  • 1 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp ghee
  • 2 tsp beaten egg
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Water (as needed)
  • 1 Tbsp flour

How to Make Sulemani Paratha

Mix baking powder in flour and sieve it in a bowl. Add rest of the ingredients to this. make sure to add milk little by little. Add water if needed

Make a smooth dough and cover it to rest for about 15 minutes.

Now divide the dough into small balls. Roll the dough, smear some ghee and sprinkle dry flour and pleat the paratha over each other. Beat the pleats a bit and fold it together like a coil. Set aside.

Roll parathas and cook it on a hot non-stick pan on a low flame.
5.
Press the paratha a bit, lightly roast from both sides and serve hot.
