Ingredients of Thai Chilli Cigar Roll

  • 60 gms cabbage
  • 60 gms carrot
  • 60 gms bokchoi
  • 50 gms spring onion
  • 30 gms bean thread noodles
  • 20 gms Thai chilli paste
  • 10 gms Thai red curry paste
  • 30 gms bell peppers
  • 5 gms fresh basil
  • 60 gms spring roll sheet
  • 30 ml soya bean oil

How to Make Thai Chilli Cigar Roll

Heat oil, add all juliennes of vegetable.
Take bean thread noodles and season it.
Add Thai chili paste and Thai red curry paste. Sauté for a while.
Add basil and a little sugar.
Take spring roll sheet and cut into half.
Now put vegetable mixture on it and roll it tightly.
Sprinkle little corn flour as dusting. Heat oil and deep fry till crispy.
Serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
