Ingredients of Timbale of Samak Pulao & Sitaphal
50 Gram Samak rice
2 tsp Ghee
10 Gram Cashew
10 Gram Raisins
50 Gram Sitaphal
20 Gram Bellpepper
4 Nos Green chilli
To taste Sendha namak
To garnish Fresh coriander
For garnish Mint leaf
How to Make Timbale of Samak Pulao & Sitaphal
1.Par boil samak rice with a pinch of sendha namak.
2.Dice bellpeppers and sitaphal.
3.Par boil sitaphal.
4.On a Sauce pan add little ghee and cook sitaphal with bell pepper, cashew nuts and raisins.
5.Add little sendha namak, green chilly and diced tomatoes.
6.Make a Layer of Samak Rice and Sitaphal using a mould.
7.Demould it and garnish with mint leaf and coriander.
