Ingredients of Timbale of Samak Pulao & Sitaphal
- 50 Gram Samak rice
- 2 tsp Ghee
- 10 gram Cashew
- 10 gram Raisins
- 50 gram Sitaphal
- 20 gram Bellpepper
- 4 nos Green chilli
- to taste Sendha namak
- To garnish Fresh coriander
- 1 Tomato
- For garnish Mint leaf
How to Make Timbale of Samak Pulao & Sitaphal

Par boil samak rice with a pinch of sendha namak.

Dice bellpeppers and sitaphal.
3.
Par boil sitaphal.
4.
On a Sauce pan add little ghee and cook sitaphal with bell pepper, cashew nuts and raisins.
5.
Add little sendha namak, green chilly and diced tomatoes.
6.
Make a Layer of Samak Rice and Sitaphal using a mould.
7.
Demould it and garnish with mint leaf and coriander.
