Ingredients of Tricolor Finger Toastie

  • For Paneer Schezwan mixture
  • 1 cup Paneer (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Corn (blanched)
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum (chopped)
  • to taste Salt And Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion greens
  • For Cheese Chilli mixture
  • 100 gram Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 2-3 Green Chillies (chopped)
  • Black pepper a pinch
  • For chatpata pudina aloo mixture
  • 1 cup Potatoes (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup Mint chutney
  • 1/4 cup Onions
  • 1 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tbsp Fresh coriander

How to Make Tricolor Finger Toastie

For Paneer Schezwan

In a bowl mix well all the vegetables, paneer and the Schezwan sauce.

For cheese chilli mixture

Grate the cheese block and add all the ingredients and mix well.

For chatpata pudina aloo mixture

Mash the boiled potatoes and add all the ingredients and mix well.

For Assembling

On a brown bread slice spread the paneer Schezwan mixture on the 1/3rd of the surface.

Continue by spreading the cheese chilli mixture on the next 1/3rd of the surface.

The last 1/3rd part would be finished by spreading the chatpata pudina aloo mixture.
4.
Apply some butter on pan cover with a lid and cook on medium flame until the bread is crispy and the cheese has melted.
5.
You can also bake it at 220°C for 7-8 minutes.
6.
Cut length wise into 4 fingers. Your tricolour finger toasties is ready to be served, serve hot.
