A quick recipe of roasted bell pepper, pine nuts and green beans.

Ingredients of Sauteed Green Beans

  • 1 Medium red bell pepper, roasted
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 100 gms green beans, blanched
  • 1/2 tsp walnut oil
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • to taste Salt
  • To season black pepper (cracked)

How to Make Sauteed Green Beans

  • 1.Peel the skin off of the roasted bell pepper and chop it into thin strips.
  • 2.Heat the walnut oil and the olive oil in a pan and fry chopped garlic in it.
  • 3.Then add the chopped bell pepper, pine nuts, cracked black pepper and stir well.
  • 4.Add the blanched green beans and toss well.
  • 5.Season with salt and Serve hot
