About Zaffran Sour Recipe: A refreshing cognac based cocktail with a hint of saffron, tang of lime, peach syrup and the goodness of bergamot water. A great cocktail for your next party.

Ingredients of Zaffran Sour

  • 50 Ml cognac
  • 12 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml saffron syrup (sugar Syrup - 1 Ltr & saffron - 500mg)
  • 25 ml bergamot water
  • 5 ml peach syrup
  • Glassware: Old Fashioned

How to Make Zaffran Sour

  • 1.For saffron syrup, add 500 mg of saffron in 1 litre of sugar syrup and boil.
  • 2.Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and reverse dry shake to perfection. Double strain over a large block of ice.
  • 3.Garnish with orange zest and saffron threads.
