According to a recently released statement, passengers can directly order it from Govinda's Restaurant through IRCTC's e-catering service.
As per Sattvik Council of India, IRCTC will now have vegetarian friendly meals in some trains.
E-catering service is a joint effort from KFC and IRCTC to provide fresh food to the passengers on trains.
This partnership will let passengers enjoy food from their favourite restaurants.
The Indian Railway board would be revising the price of meals on-board Rajdhani, Shatabdi and Duronto trains. Increased fares would come into effect from March 2020.
IRCTC, along with PKS Hospitality Group of Chennai, is setting up first 24*7 food court at New Delhi railway station. It will be at the Ajmeri Gate side, platform no. 16.
