Recipe of Bundiyar Payesh

Sweet, thickened milk dessert, perfect for summer or festival time.
- 200 gm bundiya
- 1 liter milk
- Sugar to taste
- Few drops of rosewater
How to Make Bundiyar Payesh
- Boil milk on low flame, keep stirring for 20 minutes.
- Add the bundiya and sugar if required.
- Boil for another 5 minutes and remove from flame.
- Cool and add in a little rosewater and chill in a refrigerator, serve.
