Sweet, thickened milk dessert, perfect for summer or festival time.

Ingredients

  • 200 gm bundiya
  • 1 liter milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • Few drops of rosewater

How to Make Bundiyar Payesh

  1. Boil milk on low flame, keep stirring for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the bundiya and sugar if required.
  3. Boil for another 5 minutes and remove from flame.
  4. Cool and add in a little rosewater and chill in a refrigerator, serve.
