Chop the dates and soak in milk overnight. (If you don't have time to chop and soak the dates. In a microwave safe cup/bowl add the milk and dates and microwave it for 2 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes.)
Preheat the oven at 220°C.
Blend the soaked dates, milk and the sugar and bring it to a smooth paste.
Shift it to a bowl and add oil to it.
Now add the flour gradually and mix it.
Add the chopped cashew and almonds while saving a little for later on.
Line a butter paper to the baking tin.
Pour the batter to the baking tin and sprinkle the saved nuts and almonds at the top.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until the toothpick doesn't come out clean.
Take out and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
Once cooled turn upside own, remove the butter paper and it's ready to cut :)
