Microwave popcorns are a big no-no as they contain perfluorooctanoic acid which can prove to be quite harmful for the body. Instead of having these microwave popcorns, you can get the raw corns and cook them fresh on your own by adding butter. That's more healthy and toxin-free.



2. Rice



After cooking rice, many people have a habit of keeping it at room temperature in order to cool it down. If you've been practicing the same, then you should definitely stop doing so. This is primarily because cooked rice is prone to bacteria formation which can cause stomach ache or even digestive issues. 5. Burnt Toast



Eating a burnt toast may lead to adverse effects on your overall health. The toxin which releases after burning of toast is known as acrylamide which can cause indigestion and stomach issues.
