How to Make Semolina Oregano Popcorns
1.Take corn kernels in a bowl.
2.Add semolina, salt and chilli flakes.
3.Finely chop oregano and add along with milk, mix well to form a thick mixture.
4.Set aside for about 15 minutes.
5.Heat sufficient olive oil in a kadahi.
6.Drop small portions of the mixture and deep-fry till golden and crisp.
7.Drain excess oil on an absorbent paper.
8.Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve immediately.
