Aloo Chaat Dip Recipe I How To Make Aloo Chaat Dip:
Ingredients:
For Potatoes
· Potatoes (boiled) – cubed
· Red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
· Pudina (mint) powder – 1 tablespoon
· Jeera (cumin) powder – 1 tablespoon
· Chaat masala – 1 tablespoon
· Salt to taste
· Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
For curd
· Curd – 2 cups
· Red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
· Pudina (mint) powder – 1 tablespoon
· Jeera (cumin) powder – 1 tablespoon
· Chaat masala – 1 tablespoon
· Salt to taste
Other ingredients
· Green chutney
· Sweet tamarind chutney
· Sev, papdi and pomegranate seeds (for garnishing)
According to chef Guntas, this is how you can make aloo chaat dip:
Step 1: Take some cubed boiled potatoes. On it, add oil, salt, red chilli powder jeera powder, pudina powder and chaat masala. Toss it well.
Step 2: Put that in an air fryer until golden and crispy.
Step 3: Take curd in a bowl and add some spices to it. Put some sugar, jeera powder, pudina powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, chaat masala and some salt. Mix well.
Step 4: Now, the most important step - assembling your dip. Take a container and put the curd preparation at the bottom. On top of that, spread some green coriander chutney, followed by some sweet tamarind chutney. Layer it with your golden air-fried potato cubes. Add some crushed papdi on top and repeat the same step with yoghurt again. On the topmost layer, sprinkle some sev, red chilli powder, jeera powder, pomegranate seeds and freshly chopped coriander leaves. Your super delicious aloo chaat dip is ready.
