Butter Chicken In 30 Mins: How To Make Butter Chicken In 30 Minutes
Marinate chicken in yoghurt, cloves garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt. Sear the chicken in a hot pan using butter. Remove it from the pan.
Add onions and sauté till it is translucent. Add a generous amount of butter. Next, add ginger, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and chilli flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the tomato paste and continue cooking another 3-4 minutes. Reduce the heat to low. Add 1 cup water and coconut milk. Stir to combine, bring the sauce to a simmer, cook for 5 minutes. Add the chicken to the gravy and butter chicken is ready!
