The genius behind these eye-popping creations is Katherine Sabbath, a high school teacher in Sydney who moonlights as a baker-extraordinaire. She has already amassed more than 22,000 followers on Instagram.
By the looks of it, she uses good old actual frosting and no fondant!

Inside this cake hides six layers of caramel mudcake filled with vanilla bean cheesecake, toasted coconut, almonds and freeze-dried raspberries.
