The recipe video from YouTube channel 'Cook With Parul proved to be a great find. To make the cheela, grind tomatoes, ginger, green chillies, garlic and a spoonful of pickle of your choice. You can choose aam ka achaar, nimbu ka achaar or any achaar of your choice. Add some curd, salt, cumin and grind everything together to make achaari chutney.

Now make batter for this unique cheela. Add achaari chutney to whole wheat flour. Also add veggies like grated carrots and cauliflower, along with chopped onion, capsicum and coriander leaves Season with salt, chilli flakes and garam masala. Pour some water to make thick but flowing batter.

Then pour a ladleful of the batter in pan with oil and cook from both the sides.
