To begin with, take a sieve, put some poha, and clean it in running water. Now keep it aside and wait until it drains out the water.
Heat oil in a pan, add peanuts and roast for a few minutes. Keep them aside once done.
The next step is to pour oil into the same pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and let them splutter.
