Shawarma Biryani Recipe: How To Make Shawarma Biryani
To begin with, place the chicken pieces on a plastic sheet, cover them with another plastic sheet, and lightly flatten them with a hammer. Place them in a mixing bowl.
Add yogurt, garlic paste, chicken masala, salt, and onion powder to the same bowl. Add the paprika powder, crushed black peppercorns, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and set aside for 1-2 hours to marinate.
In a nonstick deep pan, heat ghee and add black peppercorns, cloves, green cardamoms, star anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon stick. Cook until fragrant.
