Located in the M block market of Greater Kailash - 2, Karma Kismet is a relatively new entrant in the restaurant industry, which is making people go gaga with its wide variety of innovative cocktails. Its recently launched cocktail menu is as quirky as it can get. Curated and brought together by Mixologist and Co-founder Chetan Kaushal, the new cocktail menu boasts of an exquisite selection of classic and fusion cocktails mixed with Indian herbs and spices. Yes, you read that right! The cocktail menu very well defines the saying 'what you sow is what you reap.' Molecular mixology brings science to the shaker to create new flavours, textures, and surprising presentations and will enhance the overall drinking experience.
The newly opened bar has a comprehensive bar menu with an illustrious range of drinks to quench each palate. The menu highlights innovative mixology skills through a collection of classic and delicious fusion cocktails like black mamba, karma whiskey sour, monkey business, saffron negroni, khari bowli whisky sour, jaggery old fashioned and many more.
While you have a plethora of interesting options, we have some recommendations for you. You could start your evening with the NRI cocktail - a concoction of light rum, orange liquor, mango juice and garam masala syrup, which had a strong after-taste. If you wish to start with something on a lighter note, try their Friday bazaar cocktail. Another cocktail that caught our attention was the surya namaskar cocktail. What made this different from the entire lot was the turmeric infused vodka with yuzu orange and ginger juice.

If you have a special liking for vodka, then go for their kalyuga cocktail - an interesting blend of chilly vodka, green mango chutney, tabasco, orange juice, ginger juice and honey. Other than this, there's bhut jholokia bloody mary for you! With vodka as its base, the drink has tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, grilled tomato juice, coriander, and a secret spice mix that makes it a little higher on the spice quotient. We dare you to try this! Pair your choice of cocktails with goat cheese sula, kataifi artichoke kebabs, angaar murg tikka and tandoori malai broccoli.
We ended our meal with quite a unique version of desi paan. With caramelised kattha, gulkand macarons, frozen saffron foam, dehydrated paan leaf, aerated chocolate supari and mukhvilas snow, this evolution of paan was a complete stunner! To get a little happy high after indulging in cocktails, go for this ultimate paan!
