To make this recipe, you need eggs, spinach, onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds and green chillies.
Firstly, you need to boil your eggs until they are soft. By the time the eggs boil, wash the spinach under cold water and also boil the spinach until they shrink. Once that happens, blend the spinach with green chillies, garlic and ginger. In a hot pan with some oil, add cumin seeds and cinnamon stick, then add the spinach puree into the pan. Give it a good stir and let the puree cook. Then add all the spices and cook for two-three minutes on medium flame. Lastly, you just need to cut your egg from the middle and add it in the palak curry!
