Shilpa's breakfast on the run consisted of a bowl of muesli, apple, banana and pomegranate in almond milk. Muesli is loaded with fiber and good when taken in controlled portions. Almond milk is fat-free and one of the most common non-dairy plant-based milks out there. Pomegranate is a winter fruit that is also full of antioxidants and a good source of vitamin A, C, and E, as well as folic acid. Apples and bananas are rich in dietary fiber among other nutrients, and hence, can keep you full for longer. So basically, this one's a bowl full of foods that make for a power breakfast.
