In the 9 minutes, 50-second clip, we can see the preparation of a special cheese burst Moong Dal Pizza. First, the Moong Dal batter is poured into a small skillet to cook it from both sides. Then, a thin top layer of the Moong Dal Pizza is removed and veggies are added inside, along with Paneer and cheese. The layer is then closed back and greased on both sides with butter and grilled till crisp and golden brown. Another layer of grated cheese finished off the dish on top, which is again flipped on both sides to make it crispy and delicious.
