To begin with the recipe, take a fresh coconut, break it into two halves. Once done, take one half and chop the coconut.
Now, heat oil in a pan, add peanuts, and roast it for 2-3 minutes. After it, add green chillies and curry leaves. Saute for a minute. Add mint leaves for the flavour.
