Her most recent post was about a similar vibrant green healthy salad and it's called, The Green Goddess Salad.
The Green Goddess Salad receives its name from the tint of the dish, made with all things green and healthy; the salad can be a great addition to your weight loss diet or serve as the perfect quick and healthy snack between meals. For the iconic green dressing, Pooja uses a mix of spinach, almonds, garlic, onion, lemon juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. She bends all the ingredients to create the green goddess dressing. Other variations of the same dressing might even use ingredients like avocadoes, scallions and parsley. She then chops up all the greens to be added to the salad - cabbage, cucumber and spring onions. Finally, all you got to do is toss the greens and the dressing together, mix well and serve as is or as a part of your next meal. For the details, look at the video here:
Recently, the nutritionist had also shared the finding of a very helpful study which spoke about the order in which we should consume food. The study was from the Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City and Pooja explained to her viewers that with the help of the findings of the study, you can enjoy your food in the right order for better health; she called it, "Eating right, eating well but eating smart."
