How To Make Beetroot Tikki:
You will need to prepare the ingredients first. Grate the beetroot, mash the tofu and prepare the ginger-garlic paste. In a mixing bowl, add grated beetroot, mashed tofu, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder and amchur powder, mix it well. Form round-shaped kebab from the mixture, place an almond in the centre of the kebab. Coat the raw kebabs in crushed oats. Shallow fry the kebabs till they are golden brown.
