Parathas are a breakfast staple of North India. These flatbreads made of whole wheat flour flour or refined flour, roasted on a tawa with, ghee or oil can put a smile on anyone's face. You can serve it with chutney, pickle, curry or raita-a nicely made paratha goes well with just about anything. Parathas can be stuffed or plain. Aloo paratha is arguably the most famous form stuffed paratha, but what if we told you can make your aloo paratha much more wholesome by stuffing a bit of paneer in it. Yes, you heard us! A bit of protein in the middle of all those carbs is always welcome wouldn't you agree?

This aloo-paneer paratha is made by kneading a dough with the help of atta, salt and some oil, it is then stuffed with a spicy mixture of potatoes, paneer and green chilly. Roll out the parathas in even shaped circles. Cook it on tawa with a pinch of oil, and serve it with whatever you feel like. We are sure this paratha is sure to impress both kids and adults alike .
