All eyes are on Anushka Sharma as she is due this month. The actress is expecting her first child with husband and cricketer, Virat Kohli. However, it looks like the couple is looking far from jittery, they seem to be enjoying every bit of this journey together. Anushka even accompanied Virat for his IPL tour in the UAE. Virat, on the other hand, decided to take a break from his Australia tour to be beside his wife. Anushka is also balancing her diet and fitness regimen rather too well during this time. The other day she shared a story of her working out on the treadmill. On Thursday, she managed to heed to her pizza cravings too and ordered in two pizzas from Gustoso. On Friday, she posted an Instagram story where she was holding coconut water; one can also spot a steel straw that is said to be much more environment-friendly. She also chose to drink the water straight from the coconut and not use any plastic glass or container. "What a creation God," she captioned the image.

Anushka Sharma is not the only Bollywood actress who swears by coconut water. Sara Ali Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Tamannah Bhatia have all been very vocal about their love for this hydrating drink. Coconut water is full of electrolytes and antioxidants that help keep your immune system strong, prevent oxidative damage and give your skin a natural glow. It is also a super low-cal and nutritious drink that no dietician has ever said no to. It also facilitates digestion and is known to regulate blood pressure.
