She kick-started her day on a healthy note, giving us some major food goals. Bhagyashree took to Instagram to share a glimpse of the welcome platter she was presented while checking into her hotel. And guess what all it had? Let us spill the bean for you. The platter featured a variety of fruits including apples, bananas, and strawberries among others. We could also spot some beautiful containers of what looked like savoury snacks made with puffed rice and more. Bhagyashree just added the hashtag to describe her experience, “Travel diaries.”
It's just so inspiring to see how Bhagyashree stays loyal to her clean eating habits. She has emerged as a successful food and lifestyle influencer on social media, who encourages people to adopt healthy way of living. A few days ago, we saw her gorging on a fruitylicious lunch. It was a bowl of scrumptious pomelo salad, topped with chillies and lemon juice.
Bhagyashree also runs an Instagram series called #TuesdaytipswithB where she talks about the health benefits of various food items. For one of her sessions, the topic was makhanas. The actress shared a video revealing that whenever she gets back home from a shoot and feels hungry, makhanas come to her rescue. She explained, makhanas are rich in protein, fibre, and antioxidants. They also give your body energy, improve digestion, and make your skin glow.
Earlier, during her trip to Bangkok, Bhagyashree shared a glimpse of her dinner table on social media. It included a combo of cheesy truffle mac and arugula lettuce salad. While the delicious Mac and Cheese had a glazed roasted crust, the salad seemed too tasty, loaded with crunchy toppings including walnuts, cherry tomatoes, and onions.
