They say food brings people together, and the Oscars 2023 were no different. The 95th Academy Awards took place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday (IST), where people from the entertainment fraternity across the world gathered to honour the best of the best in the field of cinema. And how can we not talk about India's super-hit show at the Oscars 2023? SS Rajamouli's RRR roared again, and how! The viral track "Naatu Naatu" won an Oscar in the Best Original Song category. Not just that, but Guneet Monga's "The Elephant Whisperers" created history by becoming the first-ever Indian production to win this prestigious award. Special mention goes to the one and only Deepika Padukone, who ruled the red carpet in a classic black gown by Louis Vuitton. But let's keep all the glitz, glamour, and over-the-top red-carpet appearances aside and focus on the elaborate Oscar-special menu. Don't know about you, but we just can't wait.
As veteran Oscars chef Wolfgang Puck stated, who set up the menu for the 29th year, the lavish dinner included an array of mouth-watering delicacies and some great champagne, of course. The Austrian-American chef and restaurateur commissioned British chef Elliott Grover to cook the keynote menu and gathered around 115 chefs from across his network for the 95th Academy Awards.
The main delicacies included mini fish and chips fried in beef drippings and served in a cone. There were tiny chicken pies with black truffle shavings, and five kinds of pasta, from agnolotti to pasta with truffles. Don't skip the finger-licking Asian-style fried chicken, among many other treats.
In the video shared by Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay and Wolfgang Puck, Jason Rodgers (the manager of the hotel) and Wolfgang Puck recreated the celebrity chef's signature Sea Bass in Puff Pastry. The fish delicacy looked utterly appetising.

Nationwide Event Catering shared glimpses of various delicacies that were a part of the menu. Seems like edible cigars were yet another highlight of the event. The chocolate cigars dipped in liquid nitrogen looked like an interesting thing to try out.
We could also spot the finest Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu and the special customised smoked salmon Oscar statues. Interesting, isn't it?
Wait till we tell you about the exceptional cocktail party. Charles Joly, who has been the official mixologist of the Oscars since 2016, and his team specialises in margaritas, Palomas, and tequila martinis. Don Julio tequila was used in the proceedings.
