What comes to your mind when we say pizzeria? The very first answer will be Domino's. One of the most popular pizza chains across the globe, Domino's holds a special place in every pizza lover's heart. It brings you a wide range of options that are pocket-friendly and made keeping the native palate in mind. This is why the brand always grabs all our attention when we discuss pizza. However, recently it made the headlines for a not-so-good reason. Wonder what it is?! It all started when a person named Sahil Karnany took to his Twitter handle to share a post featuring pizza doughs stacked at a place, along with mops and wipers. The person wrote alongside, "This is how @dominos_india serves us fresh pizza! Very disgusted. Location: Bangalore." He also tagged Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and others in the post. Take a look:

And as expected the post went viral on social media, with people reacting to the incident strongly. "This was my experience with #DominosIndia recently," wrote a person. Another person asked, "Which store is this? These guys should be fired, and the store shut down!"
"I ate Domino's on Saturday and Sunday had tummy ache, no wonder," a third comment reads.

All the discussion on social media soon grabbed Domino's attention and it took no time to share a post responding to all the concerns. "We adhere to stringent world-class protocols for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. We have zero tolerance for violations of these operating standards. The incident brought to our notice will be thoroughly investigated and basis the findings," read the post by the official Twitter handle of Domino's India, assuring that appropriate measures will be taken against the action.
